Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using Note Bridge (the "Software"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

License

Note Bridge grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal or commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

The Software

Note Bridge consists of two components:

• Word Add-in — a free add-in available from Microsoft AppSource
• Companion App — a macOS desktop application that indexes your local Obsidian vault

Both components are required for full functionality.

Your Data

The Software processes your Obsidian vault files locally on your machine. No vault data is transmitted to any external server. You retain full ownership of your data.

Disclaimer

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Software, including but not limited to data loss or corruption.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
